I decided to take inspiration from one of my favorite bands Florence + The Machine. Their music is usually a little dark and moody and their song "What The Water Gave Me" is one of my all time favorites.

Decided to go with a fall theme

Since I recently got engaged I thought it would be a great idea to poke fun at myself and my wedding planning fiascos!

I chose to do this picture of a bride because I thought she looked so beautiful and full of expression.

The hardest parts for me were the shadows/highlights on her skin and her hair jewelry. I was not able to tackle the texture of her dress this time around but I hope to return to this illustration at a later date and improve on it.
