Decided to go with a fall theme

Since I recently got engaged I thought it would be a great idea to poke fun at myself and my wedding planning fiascos!

Vector Illustration

I chose to do this picture of a bride because I thought she looked so beautiful and full of expression.

The hardest parts for me were the shadows/highlights on her skin and her hair jewelry. I was not able to tackle the texture of her dress this time around but I hope to return to this illustration at a later date and improve on it.

Robot Mermaid

I chose the robot mermaid because I tried many times at Frank and failed haha. In the end the robot mermaid was a better choice for me because I could see how the various elements could work cohesively, I was therefore able to deviate from the original quite a bit and just use it as inspiration to create my own robot mermaid fairy.
